The beginning of the reconstruction was focused on demolition works in the interior of the building, concrete underpinning of the foundations and insulation against ground moisture of the masonry of the load-bearing walls by ventilation channels in the basement. Then, gradually in the basement, laying of lying drains, concreting of the jointed ceilings using jointing mandrels. In the restaurant on the ground floor and in the confectionery and bakery shop in the basement, the historic vaults were cleaned by sandblasting.
Installation of sewerage continued on all floors, in parallel, new partitions were being bricked, structures for plasterboard partitions were being installed and formwork for concreting of the new staircase in the residential part of the house was being prepared, furthermore, preparation for concreting of the new elevator shaft was also carried out and openings for installation of windows were being focused on.
When the weather was favourable in September, work began on the removal of the original roofing and roof truss, the installation of a new roof truss and related work on the reinforced concrete wreath and steel structure in the attic. In the case of the roof, the original decorative finishing of the rafters was replicated. On the exterior, emphasis was placed from the beginning on the restoration of the historic timber elements of the terrace, including the carved railings and glazed shopfronts on the terrace. In the autumn, the façade was also insulated with mineral wool of an appropriate thickness to respect the wooden decorative elements.

In October, wooden windows with triple glazing were installed on the ground floor and the second floor. Work continued on the deck, installation of thermal insulation above the rafters and concreting of the elevator shaft and internal staircase.
The renovation of the wooden part of the façade also touched the bay window on the first floor above the terrace.
The installation of electrical, low-current and sewage systems was progressing on the first and second floors.

The roof was fully boarded up before winter and prepared for covering in the spring. Window fitting has been completed throughout the building. On the façade, restoration of the original decorative window trim has begun to preserve the original appearance.
In the basement, the installation of water and heating distribution, including underfloor heating distribution, laying of kročajovej insulation and concrete screed, gradually further on the ground floor and the first floor. Alongside this, the boiler room was being prepared for commissioning with a temporary gas supply. In the apartments on the first floor, the wiring was being prepared for the installation of residential stations for local heating control.
On the exterior, a new staircase to the rear entrance from the car park was also built.
The scaffolding was removed for the winter due to the need to replace the terrace floor and work to refurbish the terrace itself and its structure and roof.

Tempering was successfully started in the building before the holidays, on the ground floor the partitions in the kitchen were finished, in the attic the last plasterboard walls and wooden OSB floors in the galleries were installed.
The demolition of the pavement on the terrace and the installation of the HVAC ducts has started.

At the beginning of the year, work was being completed on the technical facilities rooms in the basement, laying tiles, finishing plastering and pulling the HVAC ducts.
On the ground floor, the vaults were cleaned and grouted, and in the first floor apartments, floor insulation was laid before the concrete flooring. On the terrace, the remaining paving was cut out, and waterproofing had already been applied in the north-eastern part.
Sound and thermal insulation of the partitions in the apartments and corridors was being completed, as well as the underfloor heating system and the installation of the housing stations in the apartments.
Outside, on the south-western part of the house, part of the wall under the original wooden terrace was removed.

In the future bakery and confectionery shop and in their backgrounds, laying of tiles, stacking and gradual integration of the bakery technology, refrigeration and freezer boxes. On the exterior, work continued on the shop entrance. The installation of the HVAC ductwork and mechanical room, as well as the refrigeration ductwork, was being completed, and the elevator in the residential portion of the building was being installed.
In the model suite on the first floor, the windows in the historic bay window were installed and the original historic double-leaf doors to the bay window were restored, the air-conditioning ductwork was completed, the air-conditioning units were installed, and the electrical wiring was completed. The installation of tiles and sanitary ware in the bathroom was also completed.
In the apartments, the cooling wiring, installation of plasterboard partitions, in the attic apartments and in the ground-floor apartments, installation of underfloor heating and subsequent pouring of self-levelling screed continued.
In the window openings were installed under-parapet ventilation recuperation devices.
Installation of skylights and roofing has begun on the roof.

Work during this period focused primarily on finalizing the bakery and pastry shop, which will soon be put into trial operation. Installation of wood counters and paneling, interior doors, partitioning glass partitions in the shop, light fixtures, outlets, switches, HVAC, routers, sensors, wiring of bakery technology, and refrigeration and freezer boxes have all taken place. Completion of sanitary facilities in the back of the business premises, connection of new boilers and controls in the boiler room. Gradual completion of the external entrance to the shop from the car park – installation of windows, doors, underfloor heating, finished concrete screed and plastering.
In the ski room accessible by a separate entrance from the parking lot laid tiles, fitted doors, termination of wiring – preparation for heated cabinets for skis.
In the restaurant on the ground floor finished floor tiles and wiring including switchboards. In the kitchen gradual stacking of equipment.
The southern part of the façade is already without scaffolding, with restored window panes and the inscription BAZÁR. At the same time, exterior cameras have also been installed. The renovation of the wooden structures and display cases on the terrace and the concreting of the foundation under the terrace is still in progress.
In the model apartment, the kitchen with appliances, light fixtures, built-in wardrobes in the bedroom and in the hallway, smart control in all rooms is already fully functional, also fitted interior and entrance doors.
In the other apartments gradually finishing plastering and installation of plasterboard walls and ceilings. The same in the common corridors of the apartment part, also finished concreting of the original stair treads. In the attic suites, the steel structures of the staircases to the galleries have been installed.

In the summer months, emphasis on completing the bakery in the basement and the restaurant space on the ground floor. In addition to the wiring of the kitchen and bakery equipment, all the construction work in these areas was also completed, switchboards, light fittings, sockets, switches were completed, all the fittings in the restrooms were also fitted and both the sales and tap counters were installed, the furniture in the restaurant was also stacked and all the bespoke joinery was completed. Both establishments successfully passed the approval procedure with the local survey.
On the terrace adjacent to the restaurant, refurbished display cabinets have already been installed and work has continued on the refurbishment of the wooden railings. At the same time, the reconstruction of the roofing of the terrace has also begun. The façade on the south-east side, including the stone cladding of the plinth, has been completed. Furthermore, the entrance to the bakery shop from the car park on the south side of the house was completed.
The model apartment was 100% complete and ready for viewings at this time. In the penthouses, duplexes, steel staircase structures have been installed. All apartments are in the final stage of completion of the holobytes.
Around the house, intensive work was done on landscaping, preparation of the subsoil, completion of the sewer connection, installation of grassy blocks for parking spaces, construction of a container stand and also connection of the house to the fiber optic cable.
Gradually, when the weather was suitable, the installation of the roofing was completed.

At the end of the summer the roofing of the terrace was replaced. In addition to the façade, landscaping, including the parking lot and ornamental greenery, was also completed. An entrance ramp was installed at the entrance to the car park and work was also carried out on the refuse shelter.
The ski area at the entrance from the car park has been prepared for the installation of ski lockers. The common corridors have been tiled. In addition to the completed model apartment, the furnishing of the next apartment sold was worked on intensively. The others are at the bare-apartment stage ready for occupancy and are gradually being furnished according to the individual requirements of the clients.
The newly opened bakery and restaurant welcomed its first visitors.

Prior to the December approval of the residential part of the house, the priority during this period was the completion of the common areas – corridors, staircases, lift and ski room. In particular, the paving, skirting boards, wallpaper, entrance doors to the apartments, light fittings, radiators, staircase railings were finalised. In the last apartments, electrical cabinets were installed and wired, in the attic apartments, plasterboard ceilings and staircase railings were finished, and white painting was carried out everywhere. The third apartment is gradually being completed so that it can be handed over to the client in January.
In the parking lot behind the house, air conditioning units were installed and disguised by design. Also, the waste shed was completed and roofed.
